I’ve always liked Caterina Valente’s version. When I was a kid and learning to sing, I had one of her albums.
The weird thing about Autumn is that it seems like everything is dying - but there’s always this strangely exciting undercurrent which suggests that everything is actually BEGINNING again :-)

Dittos to that! Great stuff from The Chairman of the Board! (The flat out greatest. No other singer could even carry Frank’s Jack Daniels fifths as far as I am concerned!)
