Today’s revisions and additions:

Classified National Security Information (#2174) On December 29, 2009, President Barrack Hussein Obama sign Executive Order (EO) number 13526, clarifying and updating the rules and regulations governing the uniform system for classifying, safeguarding, and declassifying national security information, including information relating to defense against transnational terrorism. The order establishes who has authority to classify activities, programs, documents, and media, and to whom and how they can delegate their authority to so classify activities, programs, documents, and media, It describes the process for declassification and review before such declassification, and establishes exceptions to review requirements, and sets hierarchies of authority, with such authority deriving ultimately from Presidential executive powers, for both classification and declassification. It also sets four levels of terminology describing the four degrees of security for classification as Classified, Secret, Top Secret, and Special Access Program (SAP), and also addresses the ability to share the document with Foreign persons or Agencies as part of the classification/declassification process. The entire order is well worth reading for anyone who wants to understand the U.S. classified document, etc., system in place today. Q points out the EO specifically prohibits an authorized "originating" classifier from doing certain things. For example in Section 1.7 (a) it states:

"1.7 Classification Prohibitions and Limitations. (a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:
(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security."
Since none of the fake information in the Steele/Trump Dossier meets 1.7(a)(4), but it DOES seem to completely fit 1.7(a)(1,2, and 3) by bringing attention to multiple violations of the law by the previous Obama administration, the CIA, DOJ, FBI, DNI, and many members of those organizations, as well as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) as well, organizational malfeasance, administrative error, embarrassment to multiple persons in all of those departments, agencies, and the Obama administration, and restrained political competition by favoring one candidate over another, there was no justification for originally classifying the Carter Page FISA warrant application documents and there can be no lawful reason for continuing to maintain the classification under this Executive Order. Payseur: (#1969) Q posts an Anon’s query about Payseur being the mysterious “P” at the top of everything, but does not comment. Some Anons take this as an affirmative otherwise Q would not have posted it.
Payseur is a family name of an immigrant to post-Colonial America. While many demonstrably false claims are extant about the Payseurs, a few nearly-verifiable facts are available. The first Payseur was Daniel who emigrated from France and arrived in America around 1805. He is believed to have been adopted, and took the last name of his benefactor. Daniel had a son named Jonas Payseur who had a son named Lewis Cass (L.C.) Payseur. LC Payseur became quite rich in the post-Civil War Southeast (North Carolina and Alabama). He was heavily invested in Railroads, timber, milling, and eventually communications. Now for some unverifiable information: Daniel Payseur, was supposedly the Dauphin, the crown prince of France, born to Louis XVI, the last King of France, and Queen Marie Antoinette, who as a toddler was smuggled out of France when his Royal parents were guillotined. He was first spirited away to Belgium, and then to London, where he acquired the name Payseur, and then immigrated to the US. Illuminati researcher Fritz Springmeier asserts that the Payseurs are the top of the thirteen main families/bloodlines of the Illuminati. Others repeat this assertion and maintain that the Payseur line is still viable, though dispersed under many, many, different names over the years. The line is rumored to have true silent-ownership of hundreds of businesses in dozens of industries. The Payseurs are allegedly the most secretive, richest, and powerful of the Illuminati heierarchy. Psychological Projection: (#1822, #1925, #2170) Psychological Projection is the psychological phenomenon where someone denies some aspect of their own behavior or attitudes and assumes instead that others are doing or thinking so. It is usually seen as the externalization of a person's negative traits, placing blame on an outside force such as the environment, a government, a society or other people. Projection can also extend to philosophy and knowledge. This occurs when a person or small group of people assume that everyone else is working with the same ideas and/or information that they are. When this fails to happen, however, it can lead to pluralistic ignorance. Some examples:
- Antifa members who are the actual fascists accuse everyone who disagreed with them of being fascists, and reactionaries.
- Liberal progressives who need minorities kept under in racial groups, i.e. racists who claim that anyone who criticizes them must be racially prejudiced.
A telltale sign of this is when a speaker says that "Everybody knows that...(a certain course of action)" is either beneficial or harmful, so society should avoid an impending catastrophe by following the course of action that the speaker proposes.

Franken, Al: (#277, #1390, #1850) Democratic two term Minnesota U.S. Senator Alan Stuart Franken who resigned under fire due to sexual improprieties. Franken is an American comedian, writer, producer, author, and now former politician who served as a United States Senator from Minnesota from 2009 to 2018. He became well known in the 1970s and 1980s appearing regularly on Saturday Night Live. He was first elected in 2008, defeating as the Republican incumbent Michael Coleman who won the initial election by a very small margin. However, Franken was declared the winner after an automatic recount when an uncounted ballot box of uncertain provenance was discovered and a series of court arguments Franken's lead was increased to 312 out of over three million votes cast.
In November 2017, Leeann Tweeden, alleged that Franken forcibly kissed her on a USO tour in 2006 during a rehearsal for a skit. Franken was also photographed appearing to place his hands above or on her breasts while she was asleep on an airplane. She was wearing body armor and a helmet. Franken’s comment about the incident, “I certainly don’t remember the rehearsal for the skit in the same way, but I send my sincerest apologies to Leeann ... As to the photo, it was clearly intended to be funny but wasn’t. I shouldn’t have done it.” There were many more women who came forward with similar experiences. Franken resigned in January of 2018, after several allegations of sexual misconduct were made against him. He claims that some are some “simply not true” In Drop #277, Q refers to Franken merely as "AL" as Franken Franken had just resigned his seat three days before on January 3, 2018, after saying he was going to resign, but delaying his departure for more than a month. Rogers, Admiral Mike: (#8, #14,#36, #120, 144, #151, #270, #585, #1380, #1980) Admiral Michael Rogers, former Director of the NSA (Good Guy). Admiral Rogers is native of Chicago, Illinois . He graduated from Auburn University in 1981. He received his commission via the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps. He began as a surface warfare officer (SWO) and was selected for re-designation to cryptology (now Information Warfare) in 1986. He is a distinguished graduate of the National War College and a graduate of highest distinction from the Naval War College. He is also a Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI fellow; Harvard Senior Executive in National Security alumni; and holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy. In 2003: during U.S. invasion of Iraq, Rogers joined the military’s Joint Staff, which works for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, where he specialized in computer network attacks. By 2007, Rogers had been elevated to serve as the director of intelligence for the military’s Pacific Command. His work in the Pacific lead, Rogers to become promoted to director of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2009. Shortly afterwards Rogers was named commander of U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and commander of the U.S. 10th Fleet, with responsibility for all of the Navy’s cyberwarfare.
In 2014: President Barack Obama nominated Admiral Rogers to be his new director of the National Security Agency (NSA) and the commander of the United States offensive cyberoperations unit in the Department of Defense. In mid-2016: The Washington Post reported that Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James R. Clapper and Carter had put Rogers on notice for poor performance in internal security and leadership style. His termination was reportedly delayed. Trump moved his offices and campaign to one of his Trump resort properties the day following Rogers' meeting with him (Swordmaker). Rogers was reinstated as NSA director in the Trump Administration. In January 2018: Rogers announced he would retire from the NSA in the spring. Classified National Security Information (#2174) On December 29, 2009, President Barrack Hussein Obama sign Executive Order (EO) number 13526, clarifying and updating the rules and regulations governing the uniform system for classifying, safeguarding, and declassifying national security information, including information relating to defense against transnational terrorism. The order establishes who has authority to classify activities, programs, documents, and media, and to whom and how they can delegate their authority to so classify activities, programs, documents, and media, It describes the process for declassification and review before such declassification, and establishes exceptions to review requirements, and sets hierarchies of authority, with such authority deriving ultimately from Presidential executive powers, for both classification and declassification. It also sets four levels of terminology describing the four degrees of security for classification as Classified, Secret, Top Secret, and Special Access Program (SAP), and also addresses the ability to share the document with Foreign persons or Agencies as part of the classification/declassification process. The entire order is well worth reading for anyone who wants to understand the U.S. classified document, etc., system in place today. Q points out the EO specifically prohibits an authorized "originating" classifier from doing certain things. For example in Section 1.7 (a) it states:

"1.7 Classification Prohibitions and Limitations. (a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to be declassified in order to:
(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security."
Since none of the fake information in the Steele/Trump Dossier meets 1.7(a)(4), but it DOES seem to completely fit 1.7(a)(1,2, and 3) by bringing attention to multiple violations of the law by the previous Obama administration, the CIA, DOJ, FBI, DNI, and many members of those organizations, as well as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) as well, organizational malfeasance, administrative error, embarrassment to multiple persons in all of those departments, agencies, and the Obama administration, and restrained political competition by favoring one candidate over another, there was no justification for originally classifying the Carter Page FISA warrant application documents and there can be no lawful reason for continuing to maintain the classification under this Executive Order. Payseur: (#1969) Q posts an Anon’s query about Payseur being the mysterious “P” at the top of everything, but does not comment. Some Anons take this as an affirmative otherwise Q would not have posted it.
Payseur is a family name of an immigrant to post-Colonial America. While many demonstrably false claims are extant about the Payseurs, a few nearly-verifiable facts are available. The first Payseur was Daniel who emigrated from France and arrived in America around 1805. He is believed to have been adopted, and took the last name of his benefactor. Daniel had a son named Jonas Payseur who had a son named Lewis Cass (L.C.) Payseur. LC Payseur became quite rich in the post-Civil War Southeast (North Carolina and Alabama). He was heavily invested in Railroads, timber, milling, and eventually communications. Now for some unverifiable information: Daniel Payseur, was supposedly the Dauphin, the crown prince of France, born to Louis XVI, the last King of France, and Queen Marie Antoinette, who as a toddler was smuggled out of France when his Royal parents were guillotined. He was first spirited away to Belgium, and then to London, where he acquired the name Payseur, and then immigrated to the US. Illuminati researcher Fritz Springmeier asserts that the Payseurs are the top of the thirteen main families/bloodlines of the Illuminati. Others repeat this assertion and maintain that the Payseur line is still viable, though dispersed under many, many, different names over the years. The line is rumored to have true silent-ownership of hundreds of businesses in dozens of industries. The Payseurs are allegedly the most secretive, richest, and powerful of the Illuminati heierarchy. Psychological Projection: (#1822, #1925, #2170) Psychological Projection is the psychological phenomenon where someone denies some aspect of their own behavior or attitudes and assumes instead that others are doing or thinking so. It is usually seen as the externalization of a person's negative traits, placing blame on an outside force such as the environment, a government, a society or other people. Projection can also extend to philosophy and knowledge. This occurs when a person or small group of people assume that everyone else is working with the same ideas and/or information that they are. When this fails to happen, however, it can lead to pluralistic ignorance. Some examples:
- Antifa members who are the actual fascists accuse everyone who disagreed with them of being fascists, and reactionaries.
- Liberal progressives who need minorities kept under in racial groups, i.e. racists who claim that anyone who criticizes them must be racially prejudiced.
A telltale sign of this is when a speaker says that "Everybody knows that...(a certain course of action)" is either beneficial or harmful, so society should avoid an impending catastrophe by following the course of action that the speaker proposes.
