I don’t know whether a GJ indictment from Utah can be used to prosecute a case that is being tried in Virginia or some other state, or if it has to be issued in the same district as where the trial is. However, you are right, Huber can travel to wherever the trial is and handle it or supervise it. Just as Mueller has been doing.

With 470 lawyers, the indictment doesn’t need to emanate from Utah. It doesn’t have to involve Huber at all; Huber is the executive administrator of the staff.
