Military tribunals are completely out of the purview of the DOJ and not part of their system. The judges are officers, the attorneys are JAG officers and the defendants are in the military or subpect to it, like enemy combatants. I am not aware of any way that the DOJ would make recommendations relating to tribunals. Huber would not be part of the military tribunal system.
RE Tucker and Avenatti:
I thought Avenatti handled himself quite well in not allowing Tucker to talk all over him. Which, Tucker usually does when he has an interview with someone he doesn’t like.
Nevertheless, Tucker is absolutely right that Avenatti has reached national prominence, while Stormy is shaking her sagging booty for what might be a farewell tour. Avenatti’s reply was that she was doing what she wanted to do.
What Tucker should also have done is asked who was paying Avenatti. Who’s the real client here? Follow da money.
Thanks for posting the pic of Tim Allen - I’m looking forward to watching the new season - on Fox, Sept 28th

And so does Sam Adams!
Army says “Hooah”.
Maybe there is some crossover. I’ve heard both. But I think it’s mostly the other way around.
I wasn’t saying it had to come from Utah. I was giving an example.
Agree on all points. Who is paying him is a very good question.
Thus spake Zathras Pukesta.
Modell is the one that moved the Browns to Baltimore. His family is not affiliated with the current Browns.
Prop me up and keep me voting.
Have you studied Q?
Have you studied the Bible?
Yet you comment.
What is the definition of a fool?
Hooah is Army; Ooorah is Marines. I don’t know why.
Q
Q has asked the rhetorical question, “when does a caged bird sing” so linkages and other research allowed me to share this with the crew.
1969
Maya Angelou Publishes “I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings”
I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings is the 1969 autobiography about the early years of African-American writer and poet Maya Angelou.
The first in a six-volume series, it is a coming-of-age story that illustrates how strength of character and a love of literature can help overcome racism and trauma. The book begins when three-year-old Maya and her older brother are sent to Stamps, Arkansas, to live with their grandmother and ends when Maya becomes a mother at the age of 17. In the course of Caged Bird, Maya transforms from a victim of racism with an inferiority complex into a self-possessed, dignified young woman capable of responding to prejudice.
Which is inspired from:
African-American poet Paul Laurence Dunbar was one of Angelous favorite writers. The title comes from his poem “Sympathy”:
“I know why the caged bird sings, ah me,
When his wing is bruised and his bosom sore,
When he beats his bars and would be free;
It is not a carol of joy or glee,
But a prayer that he sends from his heart’s deep core,
But a plea, that upward to Heaven he flings
I know why the caged bird sings.”
Just like listening to a good Blues tune from the Stones, Led Zepp, etc...it serves one well to research and discover the “roots” from which they come.
So pulling the thread, a caged bird sings when it gets bad enough, the heat seems unbearable, there doesn’t appear any pathway out....surrounded, out of ammo, bleeding and zero hope of reinforcements...no mas.
Bring the heat, cut-off support, no lawyers guns and money.
They’ll sing a beautiful and informative tune.
they’re gonna try to get us shut down.
Good point. If you see something inappropriate, that’s like a fire. Put a hose on it right away.
Excellent, thank you!

Speaking of division, I needed an excuse to bring up the following.
The liberal purveyor of spices (I won’t advertise for them) has sent out a new newsletter, bragging about how much their sales went up after they called out Trump (and comparing it to how Nike’s sales have increased after showcasing Kaepernick). The two spice sales peaks came from:
1. “calling out the President for claiming that he was above the law; he isnt, this is America where no one is above the law. No one can pardon themselves.”
2. “pointing out that the Russia probe has to happen because: Our President chose a campaign chairman who had accepted $17 Million from a pro-Russia political party. This chairman personally picked the Vice President, who in turn went on to pick a literal Russian agent as our countrys top national security advisor, despite being clearly warned by our intelligence community about his past.”
The first one will turn out to be funny if the rumor is confirmed that it was Obama who self-pardoned. Trump’s pre-trolling is working.
The second one doesn’t even make sense. Bolton a “literal Russian agent”. Who knew you could increase spice sales with fake news?
Wow, California!
