Sasse, he is a real curiosity. Sounds intelligent. Reportedly conservative Christian. Yet, he is pompous and self-righteous and I don’t trust him at all. He seems in the vein of some who follow Russell Moore, and company. Are they being fooled by an old democrat operative? Or is their vision truly what they think God wants? Or are they all duped by outside money which really just wants to neutralize if not switch Evangelical voters? Sasse is someone I do not trust because I do not know where is is actually coming from but it doesn’t sound like a patriotic (or Biblical) place.
Sasse belongs to those that believe the party that is voted into authority is mandated TO RULE by their platform, as espoused.
AKA: We have no choice; A or B and then...suck it up buttercup - you voted for it.

I believe we will hear in 2019 tht Sasse is not running in 2020. He will join Corker and Flake as phonies who have been exposed. I hope Burr joins them, too, he’s clearly compromised. Graham was, and seems to have been returned to the good guys.
