To begin with, I merely quoted what DiGenova said that the FBI witness had not been interviewed by either Huber or the Inspector General. And if you insist on nit picking, I assume DeGenova meant the two men literally or their subordinates. The Inspector General evidently refuses to interview the witness.
I just happened to catch Jim Jordan question Sessions about appointing a special prosecutor to investigate Uranium One. Exposure in that one area alone will bring down the whole house of cards, involving the present actors in the Russian hoax investigation plus Obama and Hillary. Jordan listed all the reasons and said that it would “seem like” a special prosecutor would be warranted. Okay words, but not a legal term, so the little shrimp Jeffy, ignoring the many reasons listed why a prosecutor should be named and dispensing with them, deceptively jumped on the words “seems like” and sneeringly said something to the effect that “seems like” just did not cut it as a legal basis for appointing a special prosecutor.
And this concept about not talking about an ongoing investigation is laughable nonsense. It is only an evasion. Ask yourself, to use a much used meme of Q, do they follow that tenet with the Mueller investigation?
