Individuals attempting to disclose information will sometimes use a vehicle or poetic license, by which I mean they have received sensitive information too dangerous to directly disclose. They may claim to have had a dream or vision, or to be a time traveler (John Titor), or aliens-reptilians-shapeshifters (demons/Satan), or even the highly developed Illuminati Card Game. I don’t know about Praying Medic or whether or not he had a literal dream, but I am just saying he might be exposing a plan or sensitive information someone passed to him as the plausibly deniable ‘I had a dream’.
However, given PRAYING MEDIC'S PERSONALITY, VALUES AND PRIORITIES, I'd wager that he would typically be loathe to be other than what you see is what you get. He's a REAL straight shooter. And I doubt his values, personality, character, priorities have changed much in 40 years.
