Second, you don’t need Mac Disks any more. You can download all the OSX versions and install from Flash drive.

If you are in San Diego, I have firewire cables. If not, as someone said, order from Frys or Amazon.

Thanks, I kinda know my way around our macs, been dealing with them since 92(mac performa! LOL!).

I do need either a disk or a firewall cable, as the iMac wants to be just a big paperweight, with a lit screen. If I could find my firewire cable, I could use my MacBook as the boot drive and use the Target Disk Mode.
