IMO, it means that POTUS is about to “declassify” something. Or maybe many things.

This is important because so many of the Deep State are hiding behind classified information. They are using “national security” as a way of hiding the existence, details, and proof of their crimes. If POTUS declassifies that information, that layer of protection is removed from them. And most of all, the truth is out there for the public to see.
