I think Texas could take Russia, if it came down to it. A couple years ago, before Trump appeared on the scene to make one last effort to save this nation, I was of the opinion that the only thing that could save us was an effort by Texas to secede, joined by the deep south and contiguous states like OK, MO, KS, NE, IA, IN, ND, SD, MT and WY. A Heartland nation, IOW. Let the left destroy the rest of the country, and let us keep our families, our culture and our freedom.
I am glad it never came to that. Yet, anyway.
I would hate to see a bunch of Texans driving in the Russian winter.
If such a thing came about it would be city vs rural. A lot of Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio are ok ...but the city areas are the trouble (Chicago, St Louis, Gary, Cleveland, Detroit...etc.
Heck large parts of PA and even NY are normal if you take out Pitt, Philly, Albany, Buffalo, and NYC
