It appears that the answer to your question is that the Court is in Recess, none are presently sitting. If I read this correctly, all 5 have either been impeached or stepped down:

A retired West Virginia Supreme Court justice is now a convicted felon. Menis Ketchum pleaded guilty to a felony count of fraud related to his personal use of a state vehicle and gas fuel card.
