I think there is a difference between having information available to the public vs. forcing the public to see it. Some things ought to be kept behind the counter for sale to adults only. On request. JMO.
What I worry about is that people like me will choose not to see it and pervs who get off on that sort of thing will choose to see it. That is not exactly the purpose I have in mind when I think of “full disclosure”.
You've left out Group 3: Those who have already seen/heard about "that sort of thing" or worse and hope that the Rule of Law takes care of the situation.
