Good fit. Breaking the trans-national gri[p on the world, and asserting competition between and among nation states is a HUGE move, and it's being done in the open.
Contrast with the reverse move, eradicating borders in all but name, which is done with subterfuge.
Remember the Presidents declaration of emergency. Civil forfeiture is a bitch. IRS is also a branch of Treasury.
