Just from context, I think Q is pointing to the McCain "situation" in some way.

Flynn is involved in some way, some how. The Sara Carter story talked about Flynn and why he got cut loose by Obama for bucking him on the "Al Queda on the run" fakery.

Then when he joined the Trump campaign, the derps had to take him out, which they did, because they didn't want him close to Trump.

Flynn is important and related somehow to Clinton Foundation/McCain Foundation dark foreign money flow.

Is this bigger than we know?
