For the record, I’ll be staying in Rapid City near the Elk Vale Road exit off I-90.
Defconw would like to know in what part of the Rapid City area we are staying and what part of the day (brunchtime versus dinnertime) on Saturday, the 12th we are interested in meeting.
Her thinking is that some people aren’t going to be in town that long and might want to meet early enough on Saturday to get site-seeing in later.
She knows a few different restaurant owners, I guess, in different towns who, I guess, can accommodate us one way or another, so she wants to know if there is one particular area that a majority of us are going to be close to.
So please either post here or Freepmail her if you really don’t want the world to know your details so she can see how things are shaping up.
I am going to be getting there mid-week and plan to do my major site-seeing before Saturday. I guess it really isn’t important what part of the day we meet in the grand scheme of things. I’d prefer dinner personally, but if earlier is better for other people I’ll work my remainder site-seeing stuff around that. I switched my plans from staying in Rapid City to staying inside the park in the northern part.
