The numerous FD-302’s ARE NOT meetings of Huber and IG with Ohr.
They are Ohr’s notes that he took during each of his meetings with Steele.
These notes are how they know that Ohr was meeting with Steele in the first place.
These notes are how they know that Ohr continued meeting with Steele after he had been terminated.
