Agree.
The whole 0vomit era thing where enemy combatants and terrorists get treated as if they were citizens with rights to a trial is a crock. I don’t have a studied position on exactly what “rights” they ought to be granted (something that recognizes that they are human beings), but they DO NOT deserve the rights of US citizens.
I take the same position I do for terrorists, if you don't need them for intelligence exploitation, kill them in battle.
