OH my. Your reference to John Lennon killer Hinckley and MKUltra reminded me that I just did a strange spelunk again into the Beatles bunny hole a couple days ago. I promise, the hole just appeared, and I fell into it. I wasn’t looking for it, honest!
I usually do not pursue youtube clips as a major source of info, because I prefer to work with text rather than audio. However, I did view this clip in its entirety, which is 16:24 in duration. I had not heard of this theory, but people who follow the Beatles and popular culture more than I do, perhaps have known of this for some time:

Paul McCartney’s Death in 1966 Goes Much Deeper Than an MI5 Replacement Operation
The clip proposes the theory that Paul indeed did perish in 1966 in a car wreck prior to the work done on the Sargent Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band album. He was replaced - at the behest of MI5 and SIS, by an up and coming well known studio musician, who was persuaded to give up his own life and identity to become Paul McCartney. This artist was already on his way to being regarded as a potential comer, and would likely have had a major respectable career on his own.

The replacement substitute started out as temporary, but it became difficult to change and break that sad news. A salve they used to ease their consciences was to do the “Paul McCartney Is Dead” clues in their Sgt. Pepper album.
The replacement was obviously an exceptionally talented musician, and when he agreed to give up his own life and career, he insisted that in order to do so, he would be granted full artistic control of his own music. The reason given for the group so desperately needing a sub was because of the extreme disappointment of the fans. (Hmmmm sub....submarine.... yellow sub? Who knows?)
Well, that is true that the fans would be very distraught. The young women who were fans were completely driven crazy. Or at least it appeared so to me. The films of the concerts and pre concerts showed the women in complete loss of emotional and sometimes even physical control.
Even in small town Texas, on the play ground at recess, the girls were absolutely freakin’ nutz about the Beatles. They would get into spats about who was going to marry Paul McCartney - or Ringo - or John - or George ....who was better looking: Paul or John or etc..... it was endless. Why couldn’t we just get on with “Red Rover Come Over?”
Apparently the remaining Beatles felt guilty about lying to their many fans. The reason given for hiding the death is because of the incredible adoration and obsession the young women had toward the Beatles, and for many, Paul McCartney in particular. If I understood correctly, the story is that they were afraid many might commit suicide at learning of his death.
If this theory is true, the question I would have, would be, what could have been so important that MI5 and SIS needed to have the Beatles group persist? Why did they get so involved? Why did they care?
The thought I had, and which the clip does not really spell out, is that perhaps they were experimenting with mass mind control techniques - and very successfully, it would seem. Plus there was a lot of power in being in charge of such a major popular mass movement and money machine. Never forget the money.
