FWIW The video posted above re: the handler indicates that the “pen” was a flashlight, and there is footage there seeming to show him using it as such.

But why was he putting his hands on her? That was almost unbelievable to see. In that clip she didn’t look like herself, like maybe a double, but how could they pull THAT off? A black man putting his hand on Hillary in public... so weird.

There were multiple occurrences of the "pen" - one doesn't use a flashlight during the daytime and the "flashlight" suggested after the dude was identified & questions arose was shown to be different instrument than shown in PJW video.

But, then, all of their denials were refuted & questions were answered on 9/11/16 when HRC (wearing her special glasses) had a seizure at the memorial and was chucked into the van like a side of beef.
