-No. Military tribunals will be less likely to be corrupted in their favor.

- Separating the "boom" portion from the trigger defuses the bomb and ISOLATES the explosive, making it harmless. The ne'er-do-wells [HRC, GS, Hussein, etc.] are being separated from their "plausible deniability" and will be exposed bare. Once there are left exposed, thoughts of violent response go away [no more BOOM-ability].

NOTE: there is an 'etc.' in that list so more than just 3.
