My point being, if the results are in chaos and it looks like the Dumbs are losing more than they expected, will they throw a tantrum and try to stall the convening of congress? Which congress certifies (A1,S5 “Judge”)?

I can hear Elijah Cummings whining now, “We can’t convene without 435/100.” They may even try to stall for a single undecided seat. I do not put it past the remaining deepies to go along with a delay for some time.
