We’ll know if somebody (inevitably) posts something about that and “Q” says, “Bicycles can be deadly” or something; which wouldn’t connect the two but confirm the Queen’s.
The story I cited in my most recent post made the point that that location had had several such accidents - so yes, the “Bicycles are Deadly” meme is already being touted.

ROFL!!!! My poor little bleary trifocaled eyes saw the Q - OUR Q - whom you referred to, and they interpreted it as the QUEEN would be saying that about bicycles.
