Wouldn't someone who owns one share of Fakebook/Twatter/Gootube have standing to sue, based on the notion that their censorship of conservatives represents malfeasance, and a breach of their fiduciary responsibility to maximize shareholder equity, because their activities are driving away conservatives and reducing revenue?
That could immediately be expanded to a class action, with the class being all shareholders.
You would think that some money grubbing ambulance chaser would be slobbering at the chance for a payout like that.
Just this once, I must break my self-imposed guideline to 'quibble not' over your butchering of the sacred 'Firefly' quotables...
You SHOULD have written "you can't stop the signal MAL." Who is Mel? Didn't he own a diner or sumtin???

Boy, did I mess that up. That line was injected into my otherwise brilliant prose as an "Easter egg" to my people. Now I know why I got no nibbles. BECAUSE I DORKED IT!!
And, as for the overall tone and content of your post, I believe that you, sir, are my people. I do so enjoy encountering another of the lost tribe. We are sparsely scattered throughout the world, as you know, and tasked with guiding and assiting humanity in its very survival.
Well met, my brother. Well met.
p.s. I like your Facebook class action idea. I'll sign up, so long as I don't have to do any work.
p.p.s. Get Cboldt to represent us.
p.p.s. I've watched every episode of Firefly at least three times and Serenity about a jillionty. I have. Really. REALLY, I SWEAR!!
