It reads as if Mulehead’s evidentiary info (exculpatory) was allowed a protective order in discovery. Poppa’s defense team won’t get it. But, having spent several lifetimes reading regulatory legalese, it likely means the exact opposite.

Both sides agreed that the discovery requested by Pap’s attorneys will be subject to a protective order, keeping it secret from the general public. Only the parties will be able to see it.

I read another report that the judge denied the discovery to Pap, so the issue may be moot.
