I did not know any of the names but then I would not have know Nellie Ohr either. It was more about positions and departments they were in.

Security Administrator DHS, several Foreign Affairs personal State Dept., General Attorney DOJ, Misc Administration and Program Treasury, General Attorney SEC, Contact Rep Social Security Administration, Program Manager Natural Rescources Conservation Service, etc.

All GS-14 and GS-15 Salary range....whatever that means. Speculation is that if Nellie was from the farm who else is communicating that way and why. It was just the beginning of the rabbit hole.
