No. Richard B. Russell’s nickname is Beebo according to reports. What is the significance?

Beebo is a fictional character that is part of the "Cuddle Me Beebo" toy brand. A toy of Beebo from 1992, carried by young Martin Stein, was trapped in an anachronism, creating a time aberration of New Valhalla, due to Beebo becoming the Blue God worshiped by vikings, who started an early conquest of North America.

More Beebos were seen recently in a toy factory in 2018 but were destroyed thanks to The Trickster. Beebo was thought of by Nate Heywood as a manifestation of "something pure", which led to him becoming an avatar of the power of Totems of Zambesi, wielded by Legends, in the final battle against Mallus.

The only ‘Beebo’ I can think of was a talking doll used in a couple episodes of a TV show called “Legends of Tomorrow”. Season 3, episode 9 “Beebo the God of War” aired 5 December 2017

Heros go through time to fix anomalies. In this one a hero leaves the talking doll behind in history by accident. Vikings turn it into a god and do what it says. The leader interprets what it says as he sees fit. Sister of the leader isn’t happy that he won’t start a war so conspires to kill him off and then interprets the dolls speech to instigate a war.

Heroes go back and prevent the war...doll shows up a couple times later and the heroes are always a bit stand offish. Nice comedy associated with it.

The trying to start a war thing definitely could tie into it.
