Burr and Warner are black hats. If the request is coming from them, I don’t trust it.

However....... We’ve seen a lot of cases where Trump has suckered DS/libs into begging for something that he wants done/public but doesn’t want it seen as coming from him. So it’s hard to be SURE if it’s bad.
Definitely need to keep an eye on any black hat requests. Warner is one of the blackest.
