Lots of folks on FR and the net generally have a total incapacity to distinguish between opinions and person-hood. They tend to get all bound up in their underwear over ego, who has the longer manhood/bigger boobs etc. etc. etc. Attacking ideas and opinions is NOT the same as attacking the person--yet they chronically act as though it is.
