Archstone’s most interesting finding: Gin drinkers appeared to spend significantly more on Amazon while tipsy than those who drank other common types of alcohol. The survey found that, on average, gin drinkers shelled out over $82 per drunken Amazon spend, far more than the second-highest booze on the list, rum, which led to an average spend of nearly $54. Believe it or not, whiskey correlated to the lowest spending average on the list, just $38.84 per buzzed Amazon buy.

it’s a guess. the methodology to scientifically prove such a proposition would be logistically impossible.

but I can tell you that beer works pretty good, too.

I discovered Beefeater gin my first night in college. It has been a staple ever since. It may not make me purchase more online, but after two Beefeater gin & tonics I have some kickass battles playing World of Warships.

The term “Gin-soaked” didn’t come out of nowhere.

If one blocks the camera on their laptop and I phone, then Amazon would not know what you are drinking while online shopping wearing just your underwear.

I never had gin until I was over 60 years old. So I thought I’d try a gin and tonic. It was so foul tasting that I couldn’t even finish it.

I prefer Luksusowa Polish Potato Vodka, on the rocks, with a splash of tonic, and a lime wedge. Then, let the shopping begin.(If I don’t pass out first lol.)

You probably don't drink gin neat, because you're probably not an axe murderer, but if you are, Gordon's will do—it's not as complex as some higher-end gins, but it's honest. The non-homicidal among you will find that it's plenty assertive enough to show your tonic water what's what.
