So ... there is the one Cohen tape that we’ve heard or part(s) thereof. That is the ONLY ONE of a dozen tapes that have Trump’s name mentioned in which he’s actually present. The other 11 of the 12 are conversations with the press, one of whom was Cuomo, in which Trump’s name was mentioned.
NOW there are 183 OTHER tapes - or 183 including that dozen - all the rest of which have nothing to do with Trump. Rudy suggests those are what Southern District raided him for.

I think the raiders were duped into the raid. They now have direct evidence of a coordinated campaign to take down the president. This is not what they were hoping to find, IMO.
Now they the ds are stuck with that evidence, and it is admissible in court. Also, inaction, would be prosecutorial misconduct.
