But, Defense will have to designate him a hostile witness. Judge will petitioned -ad nauseum- to not have him testify. Roseyweasel will invoke “on-going investigation privilege” and/or “national security”. Charges will be argued to point in a NEW direction.
But, yes, Defense should have him on their witness list and have him subpoena’d so that his weaselly-ness can be seen my all. He’ll come off as Strzok’s little brother.
