That is the question.
Was he working on Sunday? Or the guys in the car? Or both? It says a lot that neither side posted a pic of his face. There's reasons both sides wouldn't wanna. But it doesn't make sense that Avenatti wouldn't have pics of the guy's face if his people took the pic. And his pretending to ask who the guy is based on an unidentifiable picture when his people had to have seen the guy the whole time and most likely gotten pics doesn't add up.
So there's that.
