The difference is RESOLVE! Without the intestinal fortitude it takes to properly execute justice (Judges) there is no justice.
Doesn’t matter how effective the police and investgators/prosecutors are, without Judges of honor and integrity upholding the laws under the Constitution there are no laws and no justice.
The sad part is in our system a person of the character of Senator Mitch (Mitchy the kid) McConnell is the key to turning this country around since he holds the keys to the affirmation process under our Constitution.

I always thought it humorous when in a trial the jury may hear the most blatant bad stuff getting blurted out in the courtroom with most of it being rather true, the defendant’s attorney objects, it’s sustained and then the judge instructs the jury to disregard what they just heard.
