Oh enjoy Paris Island then, hopefully is not not summer time since the sand flies are awful. My oldest is in the Corps, but my daughter has just joined the airforce where as my youngest is joining the Corps too

How much pay does a new “boot” receive nowadays. It was a whopping $69 a month when I enlisted. Four years later as an E-5 it was somewhere around $240 or $250 a month.
