Im kind of hazy since I never claimed to understand relativity theory particularly well even as a college student. But to the extent I recall at all, light photons have a zero rest mass but since they travel at the speed of light (well, they would) they arent at rest and they do have mass on that account.
. . . and if that doesnt confuse you, you just dont understand the situation!
