Eclipse is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which is used by teams in professional coding — definitely not hacker material. Hip Hop is a tool which generate C code directly from PHP. Definitely not programmed using Eclipse. As I said, Eclipse is not a hacker’s tool.
That’s what I thought. I used Eclipse for Java programming. I use IntelliJ now.
