pp. 30, 31. Talks about storage of unevaluated SIGINT. I’m assuming that’s all the emails and phone calls and texts they’ve hoovered up on all of us.

So some of those Q posts saying “thank you USSS” might not be directed to the Secret Service. Also at least one where they were referring to DS efforts to crack the trip code?
