Undoubtedly, he has plenty of evidence to justify revoking their clearances. Not that he needs it as he is the CEO, but politically, he has strong justification.
I think he let the left (and RINOs, or am I being redundant) whine just a bit first, to expose themselves. Then, he drops some facts into the mix and they pipe down and move on to the next issue.
