I am not great with reading legalese, but another thing that others had noted at the time, the law that was being implemented was also allowing officers of the Government who swear an oath to be included in the Military Justice System.

Not sure if that is correct. I had also read myself, that civilian attorneys were also going to be allowable-not just the Jag.
