If Q marker means Q proof, then why don’t people just say Q proof?

IMO it is ridiculous to obscure the meaning with a more vague term.

"Q proof" is the generic term. "Q marker" is the super secret 8chan nerd version.

Do not dare to question the nerds. But if you must, I could go over there and hand out some much needed discipline.
