Huber is the DOJ guy that Sessions assigned (outside of D.C) to work alongside IG Horowitz to lend him prosecutorial powers and the ability to investigate outside of Department employees.

Huber reports directly to "Sleepy" Sessions the Keebler elf. You know. The guy that isn't doing anything about anything.

Funny how Q talks about Huber, evidence, and the server in one breath and ends with "Who has it all."
