If you are gonna make beer, it should be good beer. That is your focus. Your woke name will not sell it.

The same thing works in barbecue. Notice how many weird names there are for pulled pork or brisket? Yeah, I thought you might agree.

I’m eating at Junior’s Barbeque right now. You’ll never guess what they named their pulled pork....it’s called “pulled pork.” Honest. Darn good, too. I ordered the “meat plate.” More truth in branding. Goes good with the “Mad Bomber Blonde.”
