What years?
They should be banned from consideration on future machines.
That is how jug ears won twice.
An IT guy explained it to mas as this - It isn’t unusual, to not install it would be unusual. It allows companies to port in and help a client fix any software issues within the machine. But they just can’t port in anytime they want, the client needs to give them authorized permission on their side of the machine to gain access. Every single time. It’s very controlled.
Electronic voting should be prohibited by law. It is too easy to systematically cheat and the ways to cheat are too numerous to list and limited only by one’s creativity.
ES&S is the top voting machine maker in the country, a position it held in the years 2000-2006 when it was installing pcAnywhere on its systems. The company’s machines were used statewide in a number of states, and at least 60 percent of ballots cast in the US in 2006 were tabulated on ES&S election-management systems.

From 2002-2009 the largest vote machine vendor in the US was Diebold Election Systems aka Premier Election Systems. On September 3, 2009 ES&S acquired Premier Election Systems from Diebold.
Reminder the Help America Vote Act, a knee jerk piece of legislation passed due to the hanging chads in the 2000 elections, brought about computerized voting.
“to a small number of customers between 2000 and 2006,
Which makes this a history lesson, not a news story.
Sold to states via middle-man Soros.
Another wacky conspiracy theory proven true!
(Big win for us “conspiracy wackos”.)
I have always wondered if we could be issued a randomly generated verification number at the time of voting that will be recorded at the time of voting that could be verified publicly so everyone could see their vote and verify it without revealing identity...
I think this is another purpose for block chain technology that could do something similar.
