I think a lot of people had expectations about how POTUS should handle Putin, and when he didn't do it the way they thought he should — outrage-treason-, etc. same derangement.
Maybe he could have handled that question better, but I don't think everyone appreciates how he must feel on the topic. He has been under investigation for something he did not do initiated by some in the intelligence community who hate him and thus he is supposed to trust them.
The recent indictment of 13 Russians wasn't a verdict— they still need to prove a case that will never make it to trial, and oops they neglected to investigate the server. (Or did they?) Should POTUS blindly back the intelligence community publicly with all of this nonsense? And would calling out Putin publicly be the best strategy?
If the real information about the hacking is known, why not reveal it?
There were a few things that came out from the presser like POTUS asking where the servers are, like Putin mentioning the Russian money funneled to HRC campaign.
And everyone here, clearly awake noticed those things right away...which is why you're all so awesome.
What we don't know is what else POTUS and PUTIN discussed...
Appreciate all you Patriots!
“What we don’t know is what else POTUS and PUTIN discussed...”
No we don’t. This meeting didn’t pop up on a whim. I would imagine Pompeo’s team was coordinating with Putin’s reps on what would be discussed with personal input from Trump and the Q team. And we don’t know that Trump hasn’t had comms with Putin in private prior to this meeting either.
What I’m clumsily trying to get to is Trump and Putin are coordinating to body-slam the DS, and an incalculable benefit to this team-up is Trump calling off Cold War II to quote Pat Buchanan.
188% awesome-ness!
Good OpEd by Andrew McCarthy on that ...
Mueller's Politicized Indictment of Twelve Russian Intelligence Officers
Make no mistake: This is nakedly politicized law enforcement. There is absolutely no chance any of the Russian officials charged will ever see the inside of an American courtroom. The indictment is a strictly political document by which the special counsel seeks to justify the existence of his superfluous investigation. ...Lacking the requisite basis to conduct a criminal investigation, the Justice Department used its counterintelligence mission as a pretext for appointing a special counsel. ...
Russia's interference in the 2016 election was never something that the Justice Department was unable to investigate in the normal course. In fact, for months, the Trump Justice Department was investigating it in the normal course, just as the Obama Justice Department had done. Then, President Trump fired FBI director James Comey. It was this event that prompted Rosenstein to appoint Mueller. We got a special counsel not because of Russia's espionage or any evidence indicating actual Trump-campaign complicity in it; we got a special counsel because Rosenstein was deeply involved in Comey's ouster and wanted to fend off Democratic attacks on him over it.
-- Not everyone on Fox is trashing POTUS, thankfully. --
The talking heads are inconsistent over time. It's a mistake to take anything they say, seriously. IOW, who cares if they are all aghast today? Same issue tomorrow, and their tune is apt to be different.
Single issue question.
What if when Q says they have it all he means “ALL”. Clintons Servers, DNC Servers, Awan Servers, etc.... I am starting to think in these terms because Trump& Co. don’t seem to get rattled by anything. Maybe they have had the evidence the entire time!
