Never avoid Fruits longterm.
I have hated fruit my entire life-——rarely eat it——maybe three times a year.
I’ve survived.

Why not. Many societies never touched fruit. For most of human history we ate fruit only in season for a few short months at best. Now avoiding it is a problem?
Please explain?
