Sure... I went to https://www.dietdoctor.com/ and watched the videos and read the articles. I looked at the names of the contributing doctors like Dr Jason Fung and Dr Ted Naiman and looked at their publicans and youtube videos of their talks. That website also has lots of food ideas to get started.
It is all about controlling insulin responses to the food we eat, that is the bottom line (even if you are not diabetic).
