True. I have seen a lot of FReepers upset at Kavanaugh’s Bush connection.
But nothing can be done about that, can it? We certainly would not want a judge that was first appointed by either Clinton or Obama. And going back to the Reagan years is too too far.
Well reasoned. Had I been offered a judgeship during Bush’s tenure I’d have gladly served. Why are people hung up on this?
