I don’t. But that isn’t the way to plan.

I do a lot of project planning and the one fundamental planning tenet is the importance of the project item dictates how you should assess the probability of the predecessors. This one is critical so the plan should be for the almost worst case scenario.

The worst case scenario is, of course, that we have traitors in the Senate. But there is no plan that can deal with that contingency.
