That would be Bob Marley, the dead reggae singer and one of the musical heroes of my youth (and still is). I saw him in concert even, at the Santa Barbara County bowl in like 1976 or 77 I think.

There is also a band called Marley’s Ghost whose name is a tribute to Marley with the Dreadlocks

Marley’s Ghost - reminded me of the guys who do Led Zep covers reggae style. I won’t post a link, they really are that bad...the singer is a 300 pound elvis impersonator.
