I heard you the first time, no need for you to repeat your abject surrender on the question slavery "enshrined" in the US Constitution.
It's not and you acknowledge that by saying now only: it's not "unacknowledged".
That's fine, snuck in the back door, claimed to be something else, but sure, not "unacknowledged".

Of course slavery was absolutely enshrined, glorified & worshipped even, in the Constitution... of the Confederacy.
